–I heard a story about a little boy whose father took him to a hamburger place. The father asked the little boy what he wanted. The little boy said he wanted French fries.
The fries look so good and hot the Father reached over to take one for himself. The little boy told the father that the French fries were his, when in fact the father had been the one who bought them.
Isn’t that a picture of us when the Father in Heaven tells us to give Him our life and we try to tell him it’s ours.
