6/23– Can You Spare A Minute
A company hired a new CEO. This new boss was determined to rid the company of all slackers. While taking a tour around the facilities, the CEO noticed a guy leaning on a wall. The room was full of workers and he thought that this was his chance to show everyone he meant business! The CEO walked up the man and asked, “And how much money do you make?” A bit surprised, the young man looked at him and replied, “I make $ 700 a week. Why do you ask?” The CEO took out some cash and handed the man $ 700 in cash and then screamed to him, “Here! This is your last pay, now get out because you are fired!” That was his first firing and he felt pretty good about it! He looked around and asked the workers, “Does anybody know what that slacker did here?” With a grin, one of the workers muttered, “He’s the pizza delivery guy, Sir.”
