Always Keep Looking Up

Scripture: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”Psalm 121:1-2 (KJV)

There are days when life feels overwhelming. Problems seem larger than our faith, and the road ahead appears uncertain. In those moments, it is easy to focus on our circumstances instead of the One who has promised never to leave us.

The psalmist reminds us to lift our eyes. When we keep looking down, we see only obstacles. When we look around, we see confusion. But when we look up, we see the God who is bigger than every challenge we face.

God has not forgotten you. He knows every burden you carry, every prayer you have whispered, and every tear you have shed. Even when He seems silent, He is still working behind the scenes for your good and His glory.

Don’t let today’s difficulties rob you of tomorrow’s hope. Every trial is an opportunity to trust God more deeply. Every setback can become a setup for God’s greater purpose. The same God who has brought you through yesterday’s storms will be faithful to carry you through today’s challenges.

Choose today to walk by faith instead of fear. Keep your heart focused on God’s promises rather than your problems. His strength is enough, His grace is sufficient, and His love never fails.

As you step into this day, remember that your greatest source of encouragement is not found in favorable circumstances but in the unchanging character of God. He is your Helper, your Protector, and your Hope.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to keep my eyes on You instead of the problems around me. Strengthen my faith, renew my hope, and remind me that You are always working on my behalf. Give me the courage to trust You one step at a time. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
