The Little Boy And The World

A man was babysitting his little boy and he needed to do something so he got a . 0newspaper with the picture of the world on it and tore the newspaper into little pieces and told the little boy to put the world bac$k together. In just a little bit the little boy told his father he was through.

The man couldn’t believe it. He asked him how did you do it so quickly? The little boy said on the other side of the world was a picture of a man.. I put the man together and the world came together too!!

When my Grandson was a little boy he would often ask his Mother “Mama, did you know”, and then finish his sentence with his answer. That particular day his mother, my daughter, seemed to be worried and he asked her “Mama did you know”?

He told her that God had the whole world in His hand! That simple phrase from a child lifted her heart and mind to the level it needed to be at.

 You can learn a lot from a child if you will just pay attention!

Lessons From The Blind Beggar

1/13–

All of us had more reason to sing than he, but he was the one singing!

Their thoughts were occupied, their agendas were full and he was… well, he was a blind beggar.

His song was all that he had. Though sightless, penniless hobo, he still found a song and sang it courageously. (I wondered which room in his heart that song came from.)

The blind man could be the most peaceful fellow on the streets!

Faith is the bird that sings while it is still dark.

And though I was the one with eyes, it was he who gave me a new vision.

Learn How To Be Blessed

https://youtu.be/hOEAbCcL7N0?si=Fp5YGkeDvsPGYwF4

Psalms 1–

Psalms
Blessed is the man
that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD;
and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
his leaf also shall not wither;
and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
The ungodly are not so:
but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous:
but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

The Case Of A Woman’s Love Sparing Her Love’s Life

During the 17th century, Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector of England, sentenced a soldier to be shot for his crimes.

The execution was to take place at the ringing of the evening curfew bell. However, the bell did not sound.

The soldier’s fiancé had climbed into the belfry and clung to the great clapper of the bell to prevent it from striking.

When she was summoned by Cromwell to account for her actions, she wept as she showed him her bruised and bleeding hands. Cromwell’s heart was touched and he said, “Your lover shall live because of your sacrifice. Curfew shall not ring tonight!”

Start From Where You Are, You May Never be There

There was a man standing on a hill looking down on a man in the valley. The man on the hill said to himself I am here and the man in the valley is there. I don’t want to be here, I want to be there. I will just go join the man in the valley and then I can be there too!

So the man on the hill hastened to join the man in the valley, for he had always longed to be there. When he finally got to the man in the valley he was so happy he exclaimed to the man I am finally there.

The man in the valley said no my son you are here. The man on the hill said please tell me where there is so I can finally be there. The man in the valley said you see that hill you just came from? Well that is there and you are here.

So, when you long to get there in life, life will let you know you haven’t arrived.

When I get $1 million dollars, get married, get my drivers license,you think, I will finally be there. You get married and then feel like it will take a child before you are finally there. Then you think when I get this child raised and through school….. well, you get my point!

We seem to never be there because we are always here!!
